THE MUSEUM RECEPTION

is located about 50 metres from the car park, where 3 spaces are reserved for people with disabilities.

A magnetic induction loop has been installed at the reception desk for people with hearing impairments.
The reception is located about 200 metres from the start of the guided tour.

There are three PRM toilets (one at reception, one near the castle and one near the farm).

THE GUIDED TOUR OF THE MUSEUM

is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. A lift provides access to the Museum’s different floors.
Light portable stools are available for visitors who wish to sit down during the guided tour.
The guided tour lasts between 45 minutes and one hour.
Disabled visitors and an accompanying person benefit from a reduced rate.

ADAPTED MEDIATION TOOLS

are available:
– for people with hearing impairments (visit in the form of written text available on a tablet or in a booklet)
– for people with mental disabilities (visit with adapted textual and auditory content on a tablet or in a booklet)
– for people with visual impairments (visit in the form of large text in a booklet or on a tablet)

VISIT TO THE LANDSCAPED GARDENS

The upper section of the park (arboretum and formal garden) is easily accessible. The Italian garden and the other gardens are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Please ask the reception staff for advice and information about your route. They will be able to show you the most accessible sections.
In the lower section of the park, a cart can be provided for people with reduced mobility on request at reception
