Guided tour of the Castle

Duration: 45 minutes – 1 hour
  • You can visit the Museum every day at 11.30 am, 2 pm, 3 pm and 4 pm. Be sure to check out the details of our visits that are already fully booked in our practical information. From 8 July until 3 September, there are six tours at 11.30 am, 2 pm, 3 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm and 6 pm.
  • For service reasons the Museum will be closed every Monday and Tuesday from 02 to 17 October 2023.
  • Number of visitors: minimum 2 – maximum 25
  • Languages: French only – possibility of following the visit on a tablet in English or Spanish

Guided tour of a reconstruction of an 18th century bourgeois residence, through the decorative arts of the Age of Enlightenment. The museum offers guided tours to discover an authentic interior from the 18th and 19th centuries. Reconstituted in a 17th century castle. The Serbat collection is full of antique furniture, tapestries, paintings, crockery and precious objects. Our guided tours take you to the ground floor and first floor, to discover the dining rooms, reception rooms, lounges and an unknown part of the Napoleonic Empire.

Privileges visit

Duration: 1 hour 30 mins to 2 hours
  • Every Sunday at 4 p.m. the Privilege visit replaces the classic visit.
  • Number of visitors: minimum 2 – maximum 25
  • Languages: French only – possibility of following the visit on a tablet in English or Spanish

The “Privilege” tour offers you the chance to visit the castle’s interior as a distinguished guest. Our guide, dressed specially for the occasion, takes you to discover all the rooms on the ground floor and first floor, with rooms usually closed to the public. Finally, the visit ends in the Castle’s former Orangery where you will be able to enjoy artisanal hot chocolate.
