Online payments are only possible with a credit card. Subject to availability, you can also buy your tickets at the estate’s reception and pay by credit card, cheque, holiday vouchers, ANCV connect or in cash.

A ticket purchased on our website is valid only for the date and time of the selected guided tour.
After completing all the forms and making a secure payment, the customer will receive a booking confirmation. The ticket will be sent by email once payment has been received by our services.

Tickets purchased on our sites CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. They ensure access to a guided tour of the Museum at the time indicated on the ticket.

The operator reserves the right to modify or cancel its programmes for technical reasons, weather conditions, or in the event of external events beyond its control.
